Game inspired by book: "How a River D i es"

POV:
once there was a town beside a river and it was called the "Pasig River" located in the Philippines. Why did they chose to live beside the river? Well, it's because the soil is soft for planting plants and vegetables, and the river is clear and clean, safe to drink, but decades later, people started to throw garbage and random stuff at the river making the river smell bad, as time passes, people build other kinds of buildings and stuff, no one enjoyed living in the river now, the river is now d__e__ad but lemme tell you, find the potion, pour it into the river and it will be as fine as it used to be.. GOODLUCK!
