NEW MOVEMENT MECHANICS:

Hold down C or the Crouch button while standing still to crouch
Press C or Crouch button while walking to slide.
Automatically grab ledges and mantle up.
Hold down shift to walk slowly.

Speedrun strategy:
Slide and cancel the slide immediately with a jump. And when you land, slide again. Keep on sliding and jumping to keep your momentum!
